I love that you post post now. I never do and I think my journal is jealous. I am thoroughly amused by your description of a Mediterranean mamma. I have a Midwestern mamma, which is different in some ways but does think all problems are solved with food. I do have one question. Lasagna without cheese? That's almost blasphemy. Although 4 meats makes up for a lot. And bechemal? Don't see that here much either. I'm intrigued by your cookbook.
